This special design was a collaboration between Shaye and her mum Sheila and was designed to be Shaye and her daughter Hazel’s family home. The main focus of this design was to create a sanctuary that provided both Shaye and Hazel with their private spaces. It also needed to be future-proofed in case a man or more children made their way into Shaye’s life! Starting from $190,800.00 CAD.

Britt is a variation of our popular Hazel design. For people who prefer the look of straight sharp lines rather than the more classic look of the bay window. The focus of this design was to create two bedrooms with full-height walking spaces to cater to older children or a second adult. It fits a double bed and there is the option for a full-height cupboard. The main bedroom has a wrap-around walkway and optional full-height wardrobes creating huge amounts of storage space. It has a large kitchen and lounge and the bathroom is spacious enough for a 900 x 900mm shower, standard bathroom units, and a washing machine. Britt is proving to be one of our most popular designs. Lara was designed for people who do not want to go up and down stairs. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has space for a Queen bed. It has storage on each side of the bed and a full-height cupboard opposite the bed. For those who want even more storage, there is the option for pull-out drawers under the bed as well. The bedroom is close to the bathroom which is spacious enough for a full-sized shower, 900mm long vanity shower, laundry cupboard, and toilet. A handy loft provides sleeping space or a hangout zone or can even be used for storage. Lara is proving to be a popular design for retired people, young couples, singles, and even families (usually coupled with a POD). Starting from $190,800.00 CAD.

The focus of this design was to create two bedrooms with full-head height wrap-around walking spaces. The main bedroom has a wrap-around walkway and space for full-height wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a head height wrap-around walkway with a full height wardrobe space. Both bedrooms could fit a king bed – or 2 singles, depending on the layout required. The Sophie design differs from the other designs in that it has a central kitchen with a cozy TV lounge to the side. The bathroom is still spacious enough for a 900 x 900mm shower, standard bathroom units with a basin, a washing machine, and a toilet. In this design, there is the option for a pod door which allows ‘future proofing’ in case more room is required one day. Our Sophie design is our most popular design for people with children. It’s not often you get a family of 5 approaching you to design their family home…but that is what happened with Bobbi! Built for a gorgeous single mama who wanted a sanctuary for her 3 girls and herself, Bobbi was a special project from the start. This lovely home is now being enjoyed in a blissful spot, completely surrounded by nature, exactly as it should be!
